The Dean manages the Faculty, represents it, is its head and leader. The Dean organizes the work and operations of the Faculty, convenes and chairs Faculty Council meetings, establishes working groups and committees, approves external work of teachers, participates in university bodies, and performs all duties authorized by law, the University Statute, and other fundamental documents. The Dean is elected by the Faculty Council for a three-year term, with the possibility of re-election for a maximum of two consecutive terms.
