Visit of Executive Director Dr. Ingenlath to the Catholic University of Croatia

On Monday, 20 April 2026, the Rector of the Catholic University of Croatia, Prof. Željko Tanjić, PhD, and the Head of the University Department of Communication Studies, Prof. Danijel Labaš, PhD, met with Dr. Markus Ingenlath, Executive Director of Renovabis, at the University. The meeting focused on the ongoing cooperation between the Catholic University of Croatia and the Renovabis Foundation.

The Catholic University of Croatia and Renovabis maintain a long-standing and successful partnership based on shared values of promoting education, solidarity, and social responsibility. Through various projects, the Foundation has continuously supported the development of the University, particularly in the areas of international cooperation, scientific activities, and infrastructure. Many key initiatives have been made possible thanks to this support, including the Centre for the Promotion of the Well-being of Vulnerable Persons, the television and radio studio, the University Library, parts of the IT infrastructure, international cooperation projects, and the Laudato si’ Centre for Christian Responsibility and Care for Creation.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Ingenlath has held several prominent positions, including spokesperson for the CDU in Thuringia, head of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation office in Moscow, deputy head of the Department for Political Programmes and Analysis at the CDU Federal Office, and Secretary General of the German-French Youth Office, an international organization dedicated to fostering German-French friendship and based in Paris. Since 2018, he has served as Executive Director of Renovabis.
