Educational Workshop “Christian Responsibility and Care for All Creation” Held
On Saturday, 15 November 2025, the Laudato si’ University Centre, in collaboration with the environmental organisation “And God Created the Earth”, held an educational workshop at the Rhema Foundation premises.

Guest lecturers included the Director of the Regional Energy and Climate Agency of Northwest Croatia (REGEA), Assoc. Prof. Julije Domac, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture Prof. Ivica Kisić, Ph.D., Sister Ksenija Leko, co-organiser and commissioner for ecological issues at the Centre for the Promotion of the Church’s Social Teaching Tihana Mojsinović, Prof., and the Centre’s Head Assoc. Prof. Zoran Turza, Ph.D.
The workshop was organised in two parts. In the first part, participants listened to lectures in which speakers connected selected sections of Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato si’ with real-life situations and presented examples of good practice in the fields of climate change and sustainable action.
Special emphasis was placed on the second part of the programme – a practical workshop. Participants worked through prepared tasks, questions, and role-based scenarios to reflect on concrete challenges and jointly develop solutions useful both personally and within their communities.
The workshop gathered young people of various ages, interests, and life stages – from students to those already employed. We extend our gratitude to all participants for their active engagement, valuable contributions, and motivation to build a culture of care for all creation together.
