Professor Sandra Nakić Radoš delivers plenary lecture at the Psychology Forum in Bihać
Associate Professor Sandra Nakić Radoš from the University Department of Psychology participated in the scientific and professional conference “Psychology Forum - Scientific Excellence, Knowledge Transfer and Contemporary Psychological Practices”, held on September 11 and 12, 2026, in Bihać and organized by the Association of Psychologists in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its Una-Sana Canton Branch.
As an invited speaker, Professor Nakić Radoš delivered a plenary lecture entitled “Knowledge Transfer into Clinical Practice: Implementation of Contemporary Guidelines in the Treatment of Peripartum Disorders”. She presented an overview of various mental health disorders during pregnancy and after childbirth, their risk factors and consequences, as well as evidence-based clinical guidelines for peripartum depression, which she worked on as part of the previous Riseup-PPD COST Action on peripartum depression.
The Psychology Forum was conceived as a meeting point for psychological science, professional practice, and contemporary approaches, with the aim of exchanging scientific knowledge, presenting recent research, and connecting the academic community with professionals from various fields of psychological practice. The Forum brought together around 90 university lecturers, researchers, and professionals from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region.
