General Admission Requirements
- Completion of a gymnasium or a four-year secondary school in the Republic of Croatia, or a recognized diploma from a foreign secondary school.
- Successful completion of the national secondary school exam (državna matura).
Admission Criteria:
Applicants are evaluated based on the following:
- Average grades from all years of secondary school (40.00%)
- Mandatory component of the national exam: Croatian Language* (5.00%)
(*Applicants who completed the national exam by the 2021/2022 academic year must have passed the A-level Croatian Language exam. For EU nationals who completed their secondary education within the EU, a native language exam passed as part of their external final assessment may replace the Croatian Language requirement.) - Mandatory component of the national exam: Mathematics – A level (35.00%)
- Mandatory component of the national exam: Foreign Language – B level (5.00%)
- Optional component of the national exam: Informatics (not mandatory, 15.00%)
- National competitions in Physics and/or Mathematics and/or Informatics (grades 1–4, placing 1st–3rd) – direct admission.
- International Olympiads in Physics and/or Mathematics and/or Informatics (grades 1–4, placing 1st–3rd) – direct admission.
Enrollment Quota:
- Quota for EU citizens: Total of 45 (40+5):
- Places 1–40: Tuition-free (linear model).
- Places 41–45: Full tuition fee applies.
- Quota for non-EU citizens: 1
- Applicants with priority rights: 1
- Quota for Croatians living outside Croatia: 1
- Total capacity: 48
