Statements from Scholarship Recipients for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

On Friday, 5 December 2025, scholarships for the 2025/2026 academic year were awarded from the CUC Scholarship Fund “Marko Franović”, funds from other donors, and the University’s own resources. Below are the statements from our 18 scholarship recipients.
 

Laura Vujasinović

3rd year, Undergraduate Programme in Nursing

Success is not something we achieve alone – support from those who care means so much along the way. I therefore wish to express my heartfelt thanks, first of all to Mr Marko Franović for his selfless recognition that success requires encouragement and acknowledgment, giving it true value and meaning. I would also like to thank the Catholic University of Croatia, which enables me to gain knowledge and experience and motivates me every day to become something more. Once again, thank you for recognising my potential and deciding to reward my efforts.

I am deeply grateful that someone recognises and supports our efforts and shows through actions how valuable it is to invest in young people, their education, and their dreams. As a third-year undergraduate student of Communication Studies, I face daily challenges, new knowledge, and responsibilities. This scholarship strongly motivates me to keep moving forward and not give up. It reassures me that every hour spent studying and every effort during my studies has truly paid off. It gives me the strength to continue building my professional and personal path with courage and dedication.
