Research continues at the State Archives in Zadar

In late September 2026, project leader Professor Ivan Majnarić, PhD, conducted archival research in Zadar as part of the Croatian Science Foundation project “The Formation of the Territorial State in Late Medieval Croatia, Dalmatia and Slavonia: Socio-Political and Administrative Transformations” (CroDaSTrans, IP-2025-02-4345), carried out at the Catholic University of Croatia. During his research visit, he focused on the Sindici i inkvizitori archival collection, aiming to locate copies of various late medieval records documented in the mid-18th century during the activities of these officials.
