New Outstanding Results by Our Futsal Teams

After a strong start to the season, our men’s futsal team defeated the team of the University of Applied Health Sciences last weekend (13–14 December 2025) with a 4–1 victory. The team once again demonstrated exceptional character by coming back from a deficit. Borna Barbarić equalised with a quick reaction, followed by Vid Belčić, who put our team in the lead midway through the second half with a goal from a free kick. Toward the end of the match, Antonio Bucat and Jerko Matković sealed the victory with excellent goals.

In their trademark style—defined by character and strong team spirit—the men’s futsal team thus concluded the autumn part of the season. New challenges await in January, for which the players are already intensively preparing.

It is worth highlighting, and a point of particular pride, that Vid Belčić is currently the league’s top scorer with six goals.

Our women’s futsal team concluded the year with a very interesting and demanding match in the third round. In a game against the strong team of the University of Applied Health Sciences, our players secured a draw. The goals for the final 3–3 result were scored by Antonija Čmarec (2) and Katarina Crljenko.

The team currently holds fifth place in Group A and will be aiming to secure qualification for the next stage of the competition in the continuation of the championship, which begins on 18 January
