Members of the D.E.C.I.D.E. project research group published a scientific paper
Members of the research group Matea Bodrožić Selak, Marina Merkaš and Ana Žulec Ivanković published the scientific paper "Distracted parenting: How do parents' emotional regulation and problematic smartphone use contribute to the interruptions of parent-child interactions?" in the international journal Human Technology (Q2/ Q3). The work is based on the data of the longitudinal study of the project D.E.C.I.D.E. The findings of the paper indicate that difficulties in emotional regulation and problematic use of parents' smartphones are risk factors for more interruptions in direct communication between parents and children.
