Dr Kristijan Sedak Participates in the Programme Marking the Day of Marriage and Family in the Diocese of Dubrovnik

As part of the observance of the Week of Life and the Day of Marriage and Family in the Diocese of Dubrovnik, Dr Kristijan Sedak from the University Department of Communication Sciences of the Catholic University of Croatia participated in the programme on 4 March at the invitation of the organisers. The meeting of families of the Konavle Deanery was held in the parish of Pločice, while the concluding celebration of the Day of Marriage and Family for the diocese took place in Kuna on the Pelješac peninsula. The programme aimed to further strengthen married couples and families in their mission within the Church and society through prayer, the celebration of the Eucharist and thematic lectures.

Through his participation, Dr Sedak contributed to reflection on the importance of communication and responsibility in marital and family relationships in the light of the Church’s teaching. The gatherings in Pločice and Kuna are part of a broader cycle of diocesan events dedicated to life, marriage and family, which are being held across the deaneries during February and March.
