About the Program

Academic Title: University Bachelor of Communication Studies (univ. bacc. comm.)
Program Duration: 6 semesters
Completion Requirements: Minimum of 180 ECTS credits and passing all exams
Each semester, students enroll in mandatory and elective courses totaling at least 30 ECTS credits.

Student assessments are typically conducted continuously throughout the semester via midterms, tests, and participation in lectures, seminars, and exercises (70% of the final grade) as well as a final exam (30% of the final grade). This model encourages consistent learning and better mastery of the curriculum.

What Will You Learn?
The undergraduate Communication Studies program serves as an introduction to various fields within the discipline, from interpersonal communication to mass media and new media communication, both at theoretical and practical levels. It also includes topics from disciplines closely related to communication studies.

Professional courses make up the majority of the program, but to enrich general knowledge and broaden perspectives beyond the field, interdisciplinary learning is promoted. Students will also take courses from other scientific disciplines and several theological courses.
