Dean Turkalj Visits the Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration in Lublin

From June 23 to 26, 2026, Associate Professor Kristian Turkalj, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Croatia, went on an official visit to the Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.

On this occasion, he met with Professor Beata Piskorska, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and International Cooperation. The host of the visit was the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Michał Domagała.

During the visit, Dean Turkalj also held meetings with Izabela Witkowska, Director of the International Cooperation Office, Professor Sławomir Łukasiewicz, Director of the Institute for European Studies, as well as Professor Robert Tabaszewski and Professor Krzysztof Orzeszyna, Head of the Department of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.

The main objective of the visit was to establish and develop international cooperation, encourage student and staff mobility through the Erasmus+ mobility program, organize a joint BIP (Blended Intensive Program) – EU Law Summer School, and strengthen scientific collaboration.
