CUC Alumni Organise Workshop on Finding a First Job

The Alumni Association of the Catholic University of Croatia organised a two-day workshop last week for graduate students titled “Finding Your First Job: Mission Possible.”

Students had the opportunity to attend presentations by Mateja Korde (teaching assistant at the Department of Ethnology and Anthropology, University of Zadar), as well as former CUC students Dora Odak (Business Analyst at Infobip) and Lucija Josipa Hercezi Branjug (HR Generalist at Deceuninck), who shared their professional experiences and practical advice about entering the labour market.

During the first workshop, participants were introduced to working in both corporate and academic environments and learned how to prepare a strong CV. The second session focused on job interview preparation, covering everything from the preparation process to key details candidates should pay attention to during interviews.

We thank all students for their participation. It is especially encouraging that this is already the second workshop of this kind organised by the CUC Alumni Association, and we hope such initiatives will become a tradition, continuing to support students as they enter the job market.
