Associate Professor Nakić Radoš at the 16th Croatian Cochrane Symposium

Assoc. prof. Sandra Nakić Radoš, PhD, participated in the 16th Croatian Cochrane Symposium under the theme "Modern perspectives on mental health: integrating evidence-based medicine for effective care", which took place on Friday, October 18, 2024 at the School of Medicine in Split.

Professor Nakić Radoš was an invited lecturer with the topic "Evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for prevention, screening and treatment of peripartum depression: from systematic review to application", where she presented clinical guidelines derived from the European project COST Action Riseup-PPD.

She also participated in a round table as part of the symposium where the panelists discussed the destigmatization of mental illnesses, the use of artificial intelligence in psychiatry, better models of care and monitoring of patients within the health system, with the key contribution of a patient representative.

At the end, prof. Nakić Radoš participated in a workshop held by prof. Marianna Purgato (University of Verona) on the topic Risk of bias and specificity of research methodology in mental health.
