Assist. Prof. Graovac at an International Conference in Mostar

Assist. Prof. Gregori Graovac, PhD, adjunct assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Croatia, participated on 25 April 2026 in the Second International Conference “Challenges and Perspectives of Criminal Legislation and Judiciary,” held in Mostar. The conference was organised by the Faculty of Law of the Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar as part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Faculty.
 

Assist. Prof. Graovac took part as a member of the working presidency of the first session and as a speaker in the second session, where he delivered a presentation titled “The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia as a Protector of the Principle of Equality of Arms and Adversarial Proceedings in Pre-trial Detention Cases Following Constitutional Complaints.”

A scientific paper under the same title was published in last year’s Yearbook of the Faculty of Law of the Džemal Bijedić University of Mostar.
