Guest Lecture by Siniša Troha in the Course “Sociology of Deviance”

On Tuesday, 21 April 2026, Siniša Troha, President of the Association of Veterans of Croatian Guards Units, delivered a guest lecture in the elective course Sociology of Deviance. A retired officer of the Croatian Army, he spoke to graduate sociology students about his personal experiences from the Homeland War and from international military missions and operations in which he participated.

He also discussed the structure and functioning of the Croatian Armed Forces, as well as mandatory military service.
