Associate Professor Nakić Radoš at a Congress in Bodrum, Turkey
Assoc. Prof. Sandra Nakić Radoš, PhD, from the Department of Psychology participated in the 5th National and 3rd International Childbirth Education and Educators Congress, held from 23 to 26 October 2025 in Bodrum, Turkey.

She gave a presentation titled “Trauma in the Perinatal Process from a Psychologist's Perspective: Croatia Experience Sharing”, in which she presented part of the results from the project Determinants, Outcomes, and Interrelationship of Mental and Physical Health of Women During and After Pregnancy (MumHealth), funded by the Catholic University of Croatia (2022–2025).

Nakić Radoš attended the congress at the invitation of the Organizing Committee, particularly Prof. Dr. Gözde Gökçe İşbir, a colleague and collaborator on the COST Actions DEVOTION (2019–2023) and TREASURE (2023–2027), which is a fine example of collaboration fostered through COST Actions. During the congress, she had the opportunity to meet other experts from Turkey and abroad and to discuss potential future collaborations.

Bodrum, a well-known Turkish tourist destination, is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World — the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus from the 4th century BC. Other important landmarks include the Greek-Roman Amphitheatre of Halicarnassus, also from the 4th century BC and built by Mausolus, as well as the well-preserved 15th-century Castle of St. Peter, which houses the Museum of Underwater Archaeology at the entrance to the city harbor.
