Assist. Prof. Matijašević Presented a Handbook for Educators and Parents

As part of the international “Healthy Mind – Healthy Child” conference held on 22 April 2026 at the Technology Park in Split, and within the framework of the project funded by the EU programme Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values, Assist. Prof. Bruno Matijašević, PhD, from the University Department of Sociology at the Catholic University of Croatia, presented a handbook intended for educational professionals and parents.

The handbook aims to support the prevention of behavioural problems through innovative workshops based on diverse extracurricular activities for primary school children.

It includes pedagogically designed workshops focused on strengthening the positive and educational potential of out-of-school activities. In addition, with the support of educational professionals and project partners, the handbook has been translated not only into Croatian, but also into English, Slovenian, and Spanish.
