Staff and Faculty of the CUC Faculty of Law Visit the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan
A delegation of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Croatia (CUC)—led by the Dean, Assoc. Prof. Kristian Turkalj, PhD, Erasmus+ Coordinator Prof. Luka Šešo, PhD, and Iva Mikulandra Barkiđija, Head of the Dean’s Office—visited the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore) in Milan, Italy, from 1 to 4 December 2025 as part of Erasmus+ mobility activities. During the visit, cooperation was agreed with the Faculty of Law in the areas of student exchange and the mobility of teaching and non-teaching staff.

The delegation held several meetings with representatives of the International Relations Office, Laura Ferrari and Loretta Borgonovo, as well as with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Stefano Solimano, PhD, and his team: Vice-Dean Prof. Andrea Nicolussi, PhD, Prof. Roberto Isottona, PhD, Head of the Law and Legal Sciences Programme, and Prof. Francesca Benatti, PhD, responsible for international cooperation at the Faculty of Law, who also attended the meeting.

During the discussions, the Catholic University of Croatia and all of its constituent units were presented, with special emphasis on the joint implementation of future research and teaching projects, particularly within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA220 programme – Climate Law, Climate Justice & Integral Ecology.

The hosts recognized the visit as an important step toward strengthening international cooperation and as a foundation for many future joint initiatives.
