The first meeting of the COST action "Critical Perspectives on Career and Career Guidance"

The first meeting of the COST action Critical Perspectives on Career and Career Guidance - COCAG (CA23112) was successfully held on October 23, 2024 in Brussels, and Marijana Matijaš, PhD, senior assistant from the University Department of Psychology participated. The COCAG COST action brings together scientists, practitioners and other experts throughout Europe and beyond with the aim of researching changes in careers in the modern world and reflecting on the necessary responses of public policies and practices.

This COST action explores key questions such as: (1) How to understand the challenges and changes in careers today? (2) How can policy makers respond to contemporary challenges in the careers of individuals? (3) How can career counseling take a more critical stance and respond better to changes in the world of work?

Marijana Matijaš, PhD, is a member of the Board of Directors of this COST action as a representative of Croatia, and at the meeting of the Board of Directors she was elected as the Grant Awarding Co-coordinator. More information about the COCAG COST campaign is available at their official website.
