CUC successfully presented at Dubrovnik Expo 2025

The fourth Dubrovnik EXPO, organized by the Dubrovnik Youth Career Center, took place in the Dubrovnik Student Dormitory on March 20 and 21, 2025. The Catholic University of Croatia has supported this commendable event for the fourth time. The special feature of this event is that it brings together numerous visitors from all over Dalmatia, from Zadar to Dubrovnik, from Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, among whom high school and grammar school students stand out in particular, who have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the possibilities of studying and student life at our University.
The Catholic University of Croatia was presented to numerous interested high school students by the Vice-Rector for Education, Prof. Roko Mišetić, PhD, Vesna Mijoč, PhD, from the University Department of Nursing, Toni Ćosić, PhD, from the University Department of Sociology and Suzana Obrovac Lipar, PhD, Head of the Public Relations Office of the University. High school and grammar school students, together with a few parents, but also professors who accompanied the students, asked about our studies. Among other things, were interested in the admission requirements, the course of study and finally the possibility of a future career after graduation. In Dubrovnik, in addition to history, psychology, sociology, communication studies, nursing and medicine, new studies in law and computing for social applications were also presented.
Dubrovnik Expo 2025 was a place for exchanging experiences and information, but also for socializing with colleagues from other higher education institutions. Vice-Rector Mišetić also met with the Rector of the University of Dubrovnik, Prof. Nebojša Stojčić, PhD, the Consul General of the Republic of Croatia in Montenegro, Ms. sc. Jasminka Lončarević, and many others. In addition to the Expo, Vice-Rector Mišetić and PhD, Obrovac Lipar visited the Ruđer Bošković Diocesan Classical Gymnasium in Dubrovnik, where they presented the studies of the University to the graduates.
